  2. About how old Bill is supposed to be: In “The Pyramid at the End of the World” , minute 5:54, Bill is outside the TARDIS and the Doctor is looking through his sunglasses at her voice: the screen shows the vitals for the person, Bill, on the other side: Age 26.
