Doctor Who: Radio Free Skaro 
Russell T. Davies comes to you and demands that you must somehow reintroduce Richard E. Grant’s Shalka Doctor back into the canon somehow for the upcoming next series. How do you all go about doing it?

Which Doctor Who character (can be a Doctor, companion, villain, your choice!) would make the best co-host of Radio Free Skaro? And which would be the worst?
People have theorized a lot about how RTD or other show runner might explain the Fugitive Doctor/Timeless Child/Morbius Doctors, between multi-verse, Masterly lies or even some elaborate scheme to sell timeshares. What if it was all explained by combining a discarded Moffat Peter Cushing idea & the plot to Disney’s Bolt, in that it was all just some spill over Hollywood production, with Jo Martin getting so method in the part that she thinks her whole back story is real.

I recently rewatched the Doctor Who films. Despite having time, money, colour, widescreen, and Peter Cushing they are inferior in every way to the no-time-no-budget TV originals. If you were going to adapt one of the classic serials into a film what would you keep, change, rework, and build upon in order to transfer it to the big screen?

How much of Doctor Who’s appeal lies its quintessential Britishness?
Over the past two years, Disney’s direct-to-consumer arm has lost about $1.5 billion (with a B), and every quarter that deficit grows. With Doctor Who in mind, is the pivot to streaming most mass media is doing a smart long-term prospect? I’m pretty sure Netflix is the only streamer to make an overall profit, and that was just for a few months earlier this year.
Also, I’m with the Chaser with regards to the new international distribution deal.
